VINCE HANDLEY was known in his ring days as “Irish Vinnie Hanley” and later in life as the official photographer for The International Veteran Boxers Association ..• Whenever or wherever he took boxer’s pictures, assisted by his wife, “Jo”. He was born in Newark, retired from The Penn Central Railroad after 24 years of service, a Navy Veteran from World War II. Boxed from 1934 to 1937 and had 46 bouts. He died on August 12, 1973.
